Apple birds

Paul and I decided to try and make some Apple birds! We found this old Garnishing book he had and it looked like fun! It turned out ok too!! And the best part is to eat it after all your hard work, LOL :)

Beautiful! :) I have never before seen apple birds. But did you actually eat them? They look so pretty and I guess it was a huge job to do them.

Yeah we ate them after! I think you can put lemon juice on them so they will last longer (whiter) but it was later in the evening, so we figured just to eat them! It only took about 15 mintues or so to make them. You should try it!
